SYNOPSIS:
Set in the aftermath of the second world war, four deacons enter a house of seclusion days before their ordination.
It is said that the devil’s attacks are strongest in the last seven days before they enter priesthood, and this state of seclusion should help guard them against temptation, and put their faith to the test.
A mysterious young girl named Anghela, believed to be a messenger of God by the local townspeople, soon arrives. She is put there under the orders of the Bishop for her safety, while an investigation on her miracles is ongoing.
Father Ricardo, the priest in charge of proving whether Anghela’s miracles are real or not, digs deep into the past to uncover a shocking truth.
